Michael is a chartered accountant with a broad range of experience. After spending more than 24 years with various companies Michael understands the key drivers for businesses having developed and successfully implemented strategic plans and directions, budgeting processes, operational procedures, and active roles in product development.
Michael has held responsibilities in management over business divisions including corporate accounting, operations, human resources, IT, treasury, AFSL / ACL compliance, and administration. Michael has great success in the ushering of various business units that have produced productivity improvements as well as cost reductions.

Non-Executive Director on SAPEPAA and LightYear Group Boards. 24+ years accounting and commercial experience in Structuring, Asset Protection, Corporate & CFO Advisory, Taxation, Accounting, Financial Reporting and Capital Raising. Extensive experience on public and private boards and committees.
